Changed teaching programs to better deliver design education across a variety of curriculum areas. Aligning curriculum with design ideas. The outcome is to broaden student's understanding of design, design process and human needs. It also develops their skills of observation and analysis.

Designed a workshop for the Far North Queensland regions tailored for young people and teachers. Advocated for teachers on designing the syllabus. Rewrote two units using design thinking.

Aided in the implementation of a whole of school design centred strategy and is currently seconded to the QCAA where she is helping instil design thinking into the state technologies curriculum.
