The University of Queensland

The Genome Innovation Hub is a collaborative research centre working with clinicians and scientists on projects of novel and promising methodologies which are focussed on the key areas of health, agriculture and the environment. Our collaborative research themes are: bioinformatics and computational tools; gene editing; imaging and spatial transcriptomics; long read sequencing; proteomics; and single cell and short read sequencing.
