Oceans and Atmosphere provides the large-scale multidisciplinary science to inform this use of Australia's marine environment. Research across the Unit delivers innovative science and solutions to answer the nation's biggest ocean and atmospheric questions. The research programs include: Assessing our climate and Earth system; Understanding our oceans and climate; Marine resources, biodiversity and industries; Smarter coastal development and management; and Marine engineering and technologies.
